The Association Declaration CC&Rs, Para. 7.2.3, requires that lot owners give immediate notice to the Association of their intent to sell their lot. Send an email of intent to sell to: [email protected].
The Deer Park RV Resort Owners Association is a 55 Plus community. Prospective buyers must meet 55 Plus requirements that at least one resident of each Lot must be 55 years of age or older. A second resident of the household must be at least forty (40) years of age.
All advertising for sales or rental of Lots must include reference to the Association as a 55 Plus Community and all agreements, leases or other occupancy arrangements must disclose the existence of these policies and procedures.
Washington State Real Estate Rules require a Condominium Resale Certificate and all information required in the Certificate be provided to the new owner. Click on the Lot Resale Certificate below to see the Certificate and the requirements. An Association representative must prepare and sign the Certificate in addition to both seller and buyer.
The Certificate provides information to the new owner of our monthly dues requirements, our current financial position including our income and expense budget, and all of the Association governing documents.
