This site contains information by and for the individual RV lot owners in the Deer Park RV Resort Owners Association, a 55 Plus Community. It is adjacent to and partnered with the Deer Park RV Resort. The Owners Association is a non-profit corporation founded under Revised Code of Washington – RCW 64.34 – Condominium Act and in compliance with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3600-3620) and current regulations promulgated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
