Association owned Common Area
The Deer Park RV Owners Association owns the Northeast corner of our area. See the Map below.
Located on the Common Area are:
Building / Shed
The Shed in divided into two sections. One section is for crafting, games and other activities. The other section is for storage of tools that have been donated or loaned to the association.
The shed is available for all owner members to use. The tools are available for owner members to borrow and use.
Grass area with Shade structure
The open grass area with the shade structure is available for members to have Happy Hours and BBQs that are open to all Owner members.
Dog/Pet Run
A fenced area available for Dog/Pet use.
