Notice of 2026 Deer Park Homeowners’ Association Budget and Dues
Adjustment

We are writing to inform you about the Deer Park Homeowners’ Association budget for the upcoming year. As you are aware, the Board strives to keep expenses low while maintaining the quality and value of our neighborhood.

However, G7 is facing rising costs, related to essential services, maintenance, and taxes. After careful review and deliberation, the Deer Park HOA board of directors has approved the $10 monthly homeowner association usage fee requested by G7.

Effective January 1, 2026, the monthly dues will adjust from $120.00 to $130.00 per month, reflecting an increase of $10.00. Please adjust your automatic payments, recurring checks, or banking settings to reflect the new $130.00 amount before the January 2026 payment cycle begins.

Our Board of Directors have updated the Rules and Regulations and the Architectural and Lot Improvement Guidelines.

Park Model RV’s are now an option in our resort.

Also new shed color options will be added to the Architectural Guidelines in the near future.
