In recent days we’ve all witnessed the incredible loss in our communities from the Spokane Complex Fires.
Deer Park HOA would like to provide an avenue here in our park for donations to help those who have been displaced or lost their homes.
Items donated will be collected by Rick & Chris Schreiner Lot 142 beginning Thursday Aug. 6th thru Sat Aug. 8th. Donations will be delivered to Mt. Spokane High School as suggested by our local Deer Park Fire Department. As always feel free to use other avenues to donate if you prefer.
Suggestions of items to donate:
Apparel – Clean and gently used clothing children and adult; new socks, under garments, sleep ware
Hygiene Products – Unopened toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, shampoo, deodorant
Baby items – Diapers, wipes, pj’s
Linens – Bath towels, blankets, pillows
Food and Pantry Goods – Canned foods, i.e., tuna, peanut butter, rice, pasta, oats, soups, vegetables, cereals
Kitchenware – Pots and pans, utensils, dishes, silverware
