Article II of the Association Bylaws specify the requirement to hold Association Meetings.
The Bylaws provide for a requirement of an Annual Association Meeting. They also provide for Special Association Meetings when the need arises.
The Bylaws require Annual Association Meetings to be held in the second quarter of the year. They are usually held in June. Time and Place of the Annual Association meeting is announced on the New Info page of this website.
