A 55+ Community of Privately Owned RV Lots in Deer Park, Washington
– Water Aerobics: Monday–Friday at 9:00 AM.
– Pickleball: Tuesdays at 9:00 AM. Beginners are encouraged to attend.
– Golf: Wednesdays after 10:00 AM. All are welcome. If interested, please see Bonnie at Lot 120.
– Book Club: June 18th at Lot 152. We will be discussing The Rose Code by Kate Quinn.
– Happy Hour: Fridays at 4:00 PM at the square (by the dog park). Come meet your neighbors! We recently had over 20 homeowners attend. Please bring a beverage and a chair.
– Board Meeting & Potluck: Tuesday, June 16th. The board meeting begins at 5:00 PM, with a potluck immediately following. Please bring a favorite dish to share.

We are excited to see everyone and have several upcoming activities to share: HOA Board Meeting The first HOA Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at 5:00 PM at the pavilion. Everyone is welcome to attend; Agenda BOD Meeting 5/19/2026 Weekly & Monthly Activities – Pickleball: Every Tuesday at 9:00 AM. – Book Club: Third Thursday of every month at 11:00 AM. We are writing to inform you about the Deer Park Homeowners’ Association budget for the upcoming year. As you are aware, the Board strives to keep expenses low while maintaining the quality and value of our neighborhood.
However, G7 is facing rising costs, related to essential services, maintenance, and taxes. After careful review and deliberation, the Deer Park HOA board of directors has approved the $10 monthly homeowner association usage fee requested by G7.
Effective January 1, 2026, the monthly dues will adjust from $120.00 to $130.00 per month, reflecting an increase of $10.00. Please adjust your automatic payments, recurring checks, or banking settings to reflect the new $130.00 amount before the January 2026 payment cycle begins.

Our Board of Directors have updated the Rules and Regulations and the Architectural and Lot Improvement Guidelines.
Park Model RV’s are now an option in our resort.
Also new shed color options will be added to the Architectural Guidelines in the near future.
