Board Meetings

Time and Place of Board of Directors meetings are announced on the New Info page of this website.

Article III of the Association Bylaws specify the requirement for the Board of Directors to hold at least two Regular Meetings. One of the Regular meetings are to be held immediately before the Annual Association Meeting.

Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held each month from May through September each year.

All Lot owners are welcome to attend the Board of Directors Meetings
